This one was nice and basic. Don't always read to much into the EKG and always remember - Treat The Patient.


Basics-

  • Rate is approx 84-86 min
  • Normal ST Segments
  • Regular Rhythm
  • Note QRS complexes in precordial and anterior leads

What is it?

Sinus Rhythm with Right bundle branch block.
 

Discussion - The QRS complexes are wider than 0.10s. The rate is regular. QRS complexes in Leads V1-V2 show a rSR' configuration that is typical for RBBB.
