Basics-

  • Rate is approx 50 min
  • Abnormal ST Segments
  • Regular Rhythm
  • Note the absent A-V conduction ratio.
     

What is it?

Third degree A-V heart block with Inferior/Anterior MI.

 

Discussion - Ventricualr activity is regular but the QRS complexes are abnormal ( wide with notched appearance in leads V5 and V6). Rate is 50/min. Atrial is faster at approx 88/min. Many P waves are hidden and no relationship between QRS and P waves.

ST Segments show elevation in leads II, III and AVF. Depression can be seen in leads I, AVL (reciprocol) and V2-V6.
